Become a club partner contributing to the realization of & rsquo; one or more projects.

mediatization : we will communicate our partnership by all means used by the club (site internet, forms, mailings to members, flyers, mails,…).
tax deduction : The partnership s & rsquo; analysis as a publicity stunt.
Companies can deduct in charge of advertising 100% the amount paid. This deduction s & rsquo; applied on taxable income and not on & rsquo; direct tax.

Become a club patron : the company or individual supports unrequited directly to a beneficiary in charge of a mission of general interest. The gift is granted in kind, in cash or in the form of competence.

tax deduction :

• The companies subject to income tax or company tax benefit from tax reduction 60% the amount of the gift, in the limit of 0,5% of turnover excluding tax of the year in which the donation was made.
• Individuals who donate can reduce their tax 66% the amount of the gift. This reduction is limited annually to 20% taxable income (that is to say the total net income). In the case of & rsquo; surplus, it is carried over to the following years.

In any case the club will communicate a receipt for charitable donations, enabling you & rsquo; d get a discount & rsquo; taxes on the amount of the donation made. (Article 238 bis of the General Tax Code ). Give the Judo Club of Lansargues, that one is business or individual is possible because our association has been declared of public interest by the Directorate General of Public Finance.
