The dojo Lansargues opened the week of 20 the 24 May. In the program, Judo Awakening to all kindergarteners and discovery & rsquo; a new activity for the next school year, the Taïso, discipline affiliated to the French Judo Federation.
This activity was attended by no less than 30 adult 2 courses & rsquo; test, led by Nicolas. the Taïso, offers relaxation, s & rsquo; easing, through endurance and muscle building. The benefits of regular practice of Taïso are numerous and provide the practitioner a sport smooth, easily compatible with the active life.
