the Taïso, body preparation in Japanese, is a sports method of Asian origin.

At the beginning, the Taïso named the complementary physical activities practiced by judo or jujitsu competitors as part of their training.

Nowadays, this discipline interests an increasingly large audience (teen-adult-senior), that does not necessarily previously practiced sport and looking for a leisure-oriented culture and physical maintenance.

It is a fun alternative to many fitness sports such as step or voluntary gymnastics. Fitness equipment is used such as rubber bands, weight ; and taking into account the rhythm of each one is the common thread of the sessions.

The Taïso exercises are therefore very varied, most can be done in pairs :

  • Cardiopulmonary maintenance
  • improved stamina
  • muscle building
  • improving balance
  • improved psychomotor skills
  • improve his overall coordination of Member
  • relaxation
  • relaxation

the Taïso, discipline affiliated to the French Judo Federation, is taught in Lansargues by Nicolas, state graduate professor.

The federal health protocol will be implemented : disinfection between sessions of the practice area, hydro-alcoholic gel available. Wearing the mask n’ is not mandatory during practice.
